JOSEPH M. SEIF, M.D.
Dr. Seif is a UCLA-trained Anesthesiologist and Critical Care physician. His hospital-based practices are in North San Diego County, and he has recently received San Diego Top Doctors recognition for 2022, 2023, and 2024—a testimony to his care and excellence in the practice of medicine. In his quest to spend more time with his family (wife and three boys), while still caring for patients in a more relaxed setting, Dr. Seif pursued the idea of starting this Medspa (SM--Seif Medical--Drip). Initially intended for IV hydration, in which he has vast experience as an anesthesiologist (including safety of IVs as well as efficacy of administering various medications and cocktails), he more recently decided to expand into the world of aesthetics, where-in he has found a wider reach for bettering peoples' lives. Dr. Seif and SM Drip’s values are clear and transparent: safety, precision, and integrity. Our mission is to bring hospital-level quality and innovation to the Orange County wellness and aesthetic community, all while being honest in patients' true needs, without overselling or exaggerating services.

Dasha Panchenko, RN
Dasha is a registered nurse injector with 7 years of experience in aesthetics and a background in women’s health and labor & delivery. She is a master injector with extensive training, offering both aesthetic and wellness services designed to enhance natural beauty while supporting overall well-being. She takes a personalized approach, treating each patient as a whole by combining her clinical expertise and aesthetic experience. Dasha is also nearing completion of her Nurse Practitioner program, expanding her ability to provide comprehensive care. Dasha is a provider who will help you reach your goals through careful listening, comprehensive assessment, education, and treatments customized to your needs. She’s ready to partner with you on your aesthetic journey today!
Lauren’s roots started in ICU nursing, which she continues to practice; however, she transitioned to the aesthetic world in the last few years. She has rapidly gained great experience in aesthetic techniques, training with some of the top aesthetic trainers in the industry. She is loved by her patients and friends for her caring demeanor, meticulous work, and fun spirit. Lauren Castonguay, RN
Chanel is an esthetician who has been in the cosmetics industry for the last 15 years, during which time she has developed an understanding and command of all things skin! She has worked alongside Southern California dermatologists, plastic surgeons, and nurses alike, opening her eyes to endless possibilities for skin rejuvenation and true transformation. In her own words: “Skin health is a big passion of mine and I look forward to working with those ready to start their skin journey with me and SM Drip!”

Sandra Seif, Office Manager
Sandra is Dr. Seif’s wife and co-owner of SM Drip. She is the brains behind the operations at SM Drip and is often the friendly face greeting every client walking into SM Drip! Sandra spent the beginning part of her career working in the pharmaceutical industry for quality and compliance. She is passionate to help Dr. Seif and the team at SM Drip deliver the highest level of aesthetic and wellness care, as well as to make every client’s experience as memorable as can be!
Nichole England, Patient Care Coordinator
Nichole is an experienced Patient Care Coordinator with prior work both in the plastic surgery and med spa settings. She has previously managed a front office team and comes to SM Drip as a bright addition to facilitate and enhance every client’s experience who walks through our doors! With over 18 years of experience as a professional makeup artist, Nichole combines medical aesthetics expertise with a passion for helping clients look and feel their best.
